Job description:

We are seeking an astute, talented, and ambitious team member to integrate our structure in the UK, working on our growing range of opportunities.

• Applicants must be able to demonstrate good teamwork, initiative, and self-motivation.
• A Science Degree and relevant industrial experience (not necessary in NDT) is essential.

Permanent, part or full-time and working from home are options that we accept.

Your role:

The main tasks will be to write, edit and proofread proposals, under limited direction within specific deadlines. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to:

• Understand the call requirements, and translate them into a winning proposal
• Work in collaboration with the Subject Matter Experts throughout the entire process from the opportunity identification to the final submission
• Follow a meticulous work plan to ensure timely delivery of proposals
• Identify and align opportunities to Innerspecs’ technology group roadmap and innovation strategy

Your profile:

• University degree in a related field  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write clearly and concisely
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with and resolve issues with Subject Matter Experts.
• Proven experience in a similar a position in consulting engineering, or similar
• Strong writing/editing skills in English
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
• Result-oriented, innovative, and creative
• Ability to speak and write in Spanish, will be considered an asset
