We are looking for high-energy sales engineers to spearhead the sales of our world-class Non-Destructive Testing portable systems in Europe, and Middle East. This role is ideal for a previous NDT inspector that wants to pivot into sales, or somebody with experience in industrial sales interested in working with high-tech industrial instrumentation that is #1 in its field.
Locations:
- Madrid (Loeches) Spain (Innerspec’s regional HQ for Europe and Middle East).
- UK Cambridge (Haverhill).
- Northern European countries (work-from-home).
- Middle East (work-from-home).
Qualified candidates must have (do not apply if you don’t have all of them):
- University degree (preferably technical). If not technical degree, the candidate must show previous experience working with industrial equipment.
- Experience in the NDT industry (inspector, sales) or selling instrumentation in industrial environments.
- Willing and capable of performing hands-on demonstrations of equipment in industrial environments.
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, ability to work with little supervision.
- Ability to travel 40-50% of time.
Other desired qualities:
- Experience with Non-Destructive Testing equipment.
- Experience and knowledge of process industries (e.g. oil & gas).
The responsibilities of this job include:
- Conduct market research and contact prospective customers.
- Provide product demonstrations.
- Manage bids & proposals process (contact, customer analysis, preparation of technical reports, sales presentations, quotations).
- Participate actively in sales and marketing strategy.
- In collaboration with Marketing, prepare sales documentation, and social media postings.
