We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone starting or transitioning into a career in sales and marketing with a passion for technical products, and interested in a hands-on position with varied tasks and responsibilities.
Location
Qualified candidates must have:
- Bachelors Degree or 2+ years of job experience in sales administration.
- Strong affinity for sales of technical products, preferably in an industrial space.
- Familiarity with website editors (Webflow is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design software is an important advantage.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing market conditions.
The responsibilities of this job include:
- Assist the Sales Director organizing and contacting sales leads.
- Perform market research and prepare lists of potential customers.
- Maintain website, and assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and email.
- Organize and prepare materials for tradeshows.
- Help create engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
