Innerspec has over 25years of experience in developing non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions for the metallurgical and steel industries. The company develops fully automated NDT systems for the inspection of long and flat products, with more than 400 systems installed in 30 different countries.
Innerspec’s solutions cover a wide range of applications, including systems like RONDO GT for complete volumetric inspection of round products such as tubes and bars, or BRIDGECM for monitoring electrical conductivity in aluminum sheets, as well as equipment for inspecting welds between coils during cold rolling, surface and internal inspection of mill rolls such as ROLLMATE, ultrasonic thickness measurement of pipes without couplant, and more.
Since the first commercial applications of Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducers (EMATs) in the mid-1990s, Innerspec has expanded its portfolio to include other NDT techniques such as Phased Array Ultrasonics, Eddy Current, and Laser Profilometry, addressing the advanced testing needs of its customers.
